Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

Dog Friendly?  We do have properties that are dog friendly.  You must mention during reservation so that you do not incur additional fines and penalties.

Boat Slip?  We have several properties that offer a boat slip upon request there is an additional $25 per night fee for this service.

What is the minimum night stay?  Most properties require a 2 night minimum, although some complexes require a 3 night minimum.  On holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day) there is a 3 night minimum and some complexes require a 4 night minimum.

When is the money due? We require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due at Check-in.
Can I charge my stay?  Yes, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
What is provided with a vacation home rental and what do I need to bring?  The vacation home properties are fully stocked with linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans and the following:
One roll of paper towels 
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Bar soap 
Dish soap 
Dish-washing detergent 
Guests need to bring clothes and personal toiletries, beach towels and food.

Is there a grill at the vacation property?  Every unit has a propane or gas grill. 
Is there a DVD?  All properties include DVD players. 

Are towels provided?  Yes
Is there a washer and dryer in the vacation home?  Most of the rentals do have washer and dryer.
When is check-in and check-out time?  Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

How will I get directions to the vacation home?  At check in you will receive  directions from our door to exactly where you are going.

If there is a problem or emergency, who do I contact?  You should always contact our office in case of an emergency however, if it is after hours we have a 24 hour answering service and that number is provided in a welcome letter at check in.
