Terms and Conditions

KEYS TO THE LAKE RENTAL POLICIES AND RULES:TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION: Advance deposit equal to 1/2 your estimated room and tax plus a $45 vacation rental accidental damage insurance is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card number is held through your stay as security for damages and lost linen. Full payment of rent is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation charges are as follows: 30 days notice or more: No Charge (except for $25 booking fee). 15-30 days notice: 1/2 the total rent and tax due. Less than 15 days notice: full amount of rent and tax due.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM - if you would like to request early check in please call Danielle a few days before check in to see if that service is available, this is not guaranteed.  All check-ins are handled through our office located at 2820 Bagnell Dam Boulevard, Suite A-4 Lake Ozark, MO.  If you will be arriving outside office hours prior arrangements must be made by contacting our office.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - if you do not depart by 11AM you will be charged an addtional 1/2 night's rate and if you do not depart by 12pm you will be charged a full night's rate.

RENTAL RULES: Please note that if you bring a pet to any unit that does not allow for pets you will be charged a minimum $300 to your credit card. Additional charges maybe incurred if damage occurs. All of our units are privately owned and require a security deposit for loss and damages.
